Bishop insulation
Many people care about their homes so that they look the best and most beautiful, and among that interest is the insulation of roofs or ceilings, where many people resort to insulation of the roofs of buildings and houses to keep homes and buildings intact and to ensure that they are not exposed to any problems, and roof insulation can be defined as the process of protecting homes Or buildings and roofs by using special materials with the aim of mitigating the effects of external factors that can affect the building, as the roof is considered one of the most vulnerable places to damage due to its permanent exposure to external factors such as rain water, dust, and the high temperature of sunlight.

thermal insulation
It is to protect ceilings from high temperatures so that they are not affected by high temperatures. This is to prevent it from being damaged or eroded as a result of the high temperature to which the ceilings are exposed, and this is done by using a lot of materials, and one of the most important and best of these materials is rock wool, as it is used by means of panels attached to the surface or by means of special tiles for the ceiling, and it is called mazaico Where a percentage of rock wool is placed in it, and other materials used for thermal insulation of ceilings are the use of perlite, with the aim of reflecting heat away from the roofs of houses, in addition to the use of foam or fiberglass.

waterproofing
The accumulation of water on the ceilings leads to the emergence of cracks, which cause water leakage and the appearance of moisture on the ceiling, and thus the formation of mold. There is water glass that is used by spraying it directly on the surfaces, then the concrete or cement is mixed with silica, which strengthens the bonds of the cement mixture and prevents water leakage well, in addition to that rock wool is also used in waterproofing, as it is placed on the ceiling structure and after that the A cement surface is placed on top of it again, and cement chips are used that are attached to the ceiling to prevent water and moisture, and there are other materials used for waterproofing, which are polystyrene, cork, and paraffin, which is a liquid substance that is sprayed on the ceilings using a spray gun or brushes to prevent water leakage.

After the completion of the waterproofing process, the work of the other layers must be continued for a period not exceeding a week so that the waterproofing is not damaged. If the waterproofing was exposed to the weather for a period of more than a week without completing the following layers, the previous examination must be repeated again.
